Purpose<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This E-Learning Policy outlines the principles, standards, and requirements governing the delivery of online and distance learning programs at Critical Science Academy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The purpose of this policy is to ensure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effective and high-quality online learning experiences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistency in digital training delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessibility and usability of the learning platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. E-Learning Delivery<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Academy delivers training through approved digital platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual classrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E-learning delivery may include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Self-paced (recorded) courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Live virtual sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blended learning programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All delivery methods are defined in the course description.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Trainer Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trainers are responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivering content in accordance with approved materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using appropriate digital tools and teaching methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting learner engagement and interaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining professionalism and instructional quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Learning Platform Usage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participants must:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the LMS and digital platforms appropriately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not share login credentials or access with others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not misuse or disrupt the platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any misuse may result in restricted or terminated access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Attendance &amp; Participation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attendance requirements for live sessions are governed by the Academy\u2019s E-Attendance Policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation may be required depending on the course design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Assessment &amp; Certification<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessments are conducted in accordance with the Academy\u2019s Assessment Policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification is issued based on the Certification Policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must meet all requirements to be eligible for certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
