Purpose<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This Assessment Policy establishes the principles, standards, and procedures for evaluating learner performance across all training programs at Critical Science Academy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The purpose of this policy is to ensure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fair, valid, and reliable assessment practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alignment with learning outcomes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparency and consistency in evaluation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognition of learner competence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Scope<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This policy applies to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All trainees enrolled in training programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All trainers and assessors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All assessment activities conducted through the Learning Management System (LMS) or in-person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Assessment Methods<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assessment methods may include, but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online quizzes or examinations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical skills assessments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Case-based evaluations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assignments or projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation-based evaluation (where applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assessment methods are determined based on the course design and learning objectives.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Assessment Standards<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All assessments must:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Align with course learning outcomes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be fair, objective, and unbiased<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow predefined evaluation criteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be appropriate to the level and nature of the course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Passing Criteria<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants must meet the minimum requirements defined for each course to successfully pass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Passing criteria may include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieving a minimum score<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Successfully completing practical components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting participation or engagement requirements (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Reassessment (Retake Policy)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants who do not meet the required criteria may be eligible for reassessment, where applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of attempts and conditions for reassessment are determined by the Academy based on course requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional fees may apply for reassessment where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Academic Integrity<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants must adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The following are strictly prohibited:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cheating or plagiarism<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonation or unauthorized assistance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing or distributing assessment content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Violations may result in:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disqualification from the assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Denial of certification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspension or termination of access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Assessment Results<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Results are communicated through the LMS or official communication channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Academy reserves the right to review, verify, and amend results where necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Appeals<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants may submit an appeal regarding assessment results within a specified timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All appeals will be reviewed in accordance with the Academy\u2019s internal procedures, and decisions shall be final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Confidentiality<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All assessment materials and results are confidential and handled in accordance with the Academy\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Policy Updates<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Critical Science Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Assessment Policy at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Academy\u2019s website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
