Purpose<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This E-Attendance Policy outlines the requirements and procedures for attendance in online and virtual training sessions at Critical Science Academy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The purpose of this policy is to ensure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accurate tracking of attendance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fair evaluation of participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with course requirements and accreditation standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Scope<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This policy applies to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All trainees enrolled in online or live virtual courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All sessions delivered through the Learning Management System (LMS) or virtual platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Attendance Requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participants must:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attend training sessions using an appropriate device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure a stable internet connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in using their registered personal account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Join sessions through the approved platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participants are responsible for ensuring access to all required systems prior to the start of the session.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Technical Responsibility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participants are responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring a stable internet connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using a functional and compatible device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolving technical issues on their end<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Academy is not responsible for missed attendance due to participant-side technical issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Absence &amp; Notification<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants who are unable to attend a session should notify the Academy in advance through official communication channels, where possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absence may impact attendance records and certification eligibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Exceptional Circumstances<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attendance exceptions may be considered in cases such as:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medical emergencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verified technical failures attributable to the Academy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All cases are subject to review and approval at the Academy\u2019s discretion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
