Purpose<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and related requests for all training programs offered by Critical Science Academy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. General Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By registering for any course, users acknowledge and agree to this Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund eligibility depends on the type of course and the timing of the cancellation request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Live Online &amp; In-Person Courses<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For live (virtual) and in-person training programs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the course start date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced or after the applicable cancellation period has passed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests submitted after the deadline may, at the Academy\u2019s discretion, be considered for rescheduling or course credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Recorded (On-Demand) Courses<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For recorded or self-paced courses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the course has been granted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be issued after course access is activated, regardless of usage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Blended Learning Programs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refund eligibility for blended programs is subject to the applicable policies governing live, in-person, and recorded courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to any part of the course will render the course non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Course Cancellation by the Academy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Critical Science Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Insufficient enrollment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Force majeure events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational or logistical requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, participants will be offered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A full refund, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The option to transfer to another course or rescheduled session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Academy shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Exceptional Circumstances<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refund requests outside the standard conditions may be reviewed in cases of:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical failures attributable to the Academy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other valid circumstances deemed acceptable by the Academy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All such requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of the Academy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.<\/strong> Refund Processing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing time may take up to 7\u201314 business days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Non-Refundable Cases<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Failure to attend or complete the course<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change of mind after course access has been granted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to meet technical requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation of Academy policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Policy Acceptance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By enrolling in any course, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with this Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Policy Updates<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Critical Science Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
