Student Guidelines
These guidelines are intended to provide an organized, safe, and effective learning environment for all trainees at Critical Science Academy.

1.Professional Conduct
Trainees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully, follow the instructions of trainers and Academy staff, and avoid any conduct that may disrupt the training or affect others.

2.Attendance and Punctuality
Trainees must attend courses and training sessions on time. Late arrival or absence may affect participation, completion of course requirements, and eligibility for certification.

3.Participation and Course Requirements
Trainees are expected to participate in activities and discussions and complete any required assignments, assessments, or evaluations, depending on the nature of the course.

4.Use of the Learning Platform
Trainees must use their personal account when accessing the learning platform and must not share login details or provide others with access to course content.

5.Technical Requirements
Trainees are responsible for using a suitable device, maintaining a stable internet connection, and installing any required software or applications before the course begins.

The technical support team will assist with issues related to the Academy’s platform and digital services.

6.Registration and Certificate Information
Trainees must ensure that the name and personal information provided during registration are accurate, as these details are used for attendance records and certificate issuance.

Verification of certain information may be required when necessary.

7.Recording and Training Materials
Trainees may not record, photograph, copy, or share training sessions or materials without prior approval from the Academy.

Training content is intended for the personal use of the registered trainee only.

8.Practical Training and Safety
During practical or in-person courses, trainees must follow safety instructions and use equipment or training tools only under the supervision of the trainer.

9.Communication and Support
Trainees should use the Academy’s official communication channels when submitting inquiries or requesting support and should provide clear and complete information.

10.Failure to Follow the Guidelines
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a warning, restricted participation or access, or other appropriate action in accordance with the Academy’s policies.

11.Acknowledgment
Enrollment in any course or training program constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these guidelines and the Academy’s related policies.
