1. Purpose

• These Student Guidelines are established to ensure a professional, organized, and effective learning environment for all participants enrolled in training programs at Critical Science Academy.

2. General Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times
• Follow the instructions provided by trainers and Academy staff
• Avoid any disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive conduct
• Respect diversity and maintain a positive learning environment
• Failure to comply may result in removal from the session or further disciplinary action.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

• Trainees must attend sessions on time according to the scheduled timetable
• Late attendance may affect participation and course completion
• Absence may impact eligibility for certification in accordance with the Academy’s policies

4. Participation & Engagement

Participants are expected to:

• Actively engage in sessions, discussions, and activities
• Complete required tasks, assignments, or assessments (if applicable)
• Follow trainer instructions during practical or interactive components

5. Use of Learning Platform

Participants must:

• Use the Learning Management System (LMS) appropriately
• Access the platform using their own personal account only
• Ensure they are familiar with basic platform functionality
• Any misuse of the platform may result in restricted access.

6. Technical Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• Ensuring a stable internet connection
• Using a suitable and functional device
• Installing required software or applications prior to sessions
• The Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side.

7. Recording & Intellectual Property

• Recording sessions (audio, video, or screenshots) is strictly prohibited unless authorized
• All training materials are the intellectual property of Critical Science Academy
• Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of content is prohibited
• Violations may result in legal action.

8. Communication & Support

Participants should:

• Use official communication channels when contacting the Academy
• Submit inquiries or support requests through approved methods
• Follow up respectfully when needed

9. Compliance with Policies

All participants must comply with:

• Academy policies and procedures

• Applicable rules related to attendance, certification, and conduct

10. Disciplinary Actions

Critical Science Academy reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of:

• Policy violations
• Misconduct
• Academic dishonesty
• Unauthorized account or content usage

Actions may include:

• Warning
• Removal from session
• Suspension or termination of access
• Denial of certification

11. Acknowledgment

• By enrolling in any course, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Student Guidelines.
