4. Access & Availability:

  • Participants are granted access to courses upon successful registration and payment (if applicable)

5. Learner Responsibilities:

  • Participants are responsible for:

  • Participants must:

    • Any misuse may result in restricted or terminated access.

8. Attendance & Participation:

  • Attendance requirements for live sessions are governed by the Academy’s E-Attendance Policy
  • Participation may be required depending on the course design

9. Assessment & Certification:

  • Assessments are conducted in accordance with the Academy’s Assessment Policy
  • Certification is issued based on the Certification Policy
  • Participants must meet all requirements to be eligible for certification

10. Technical Support:

  • Participants are responsible for reporting issues through official support channels.

  • All user data is handled in accordance with the Academy’s Privacy Policy.

  • The Academy shall not be liable for interruptions due to:
