- Resolving technical issues on their end
- The Academy is not responsible for missed attendance due to participant-side technical issues.
9. Absence & Notification:
- Participants who are unable to attend a session should notify the Academy in advance through official communication channels, where possible.
- Absence may impact attendance records and certification eligibility.
10. Exceptional Circumstances:
- Attendance exceptions may be considered in cases such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Verified technical failures attributable to the Academy
- All cases are subject to review and approval at the Academy’s discretion.
